How do I cancel an order?

All orders are final sale.

When will my order ship?

5-7 days after you have recieved your tracking information via email.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed as well as tracking info once your order has shipped.

Can I change or update my order after it’s placed?

Yes, please contact hollerCS@twelvenyc.com to make changes to your shipping address before your order has shipped.

What if my product arrives damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your product(s) arrived damaged, please contact hollerCS@twelvenyc.com for assistance.

Where is my order?

Our warehouse is currently experiencing delays due to the upcoming holiday season. Your order will begin to ship on November 11th. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays may have caused.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Mexico and Canada.
